Pipe Mounting – Reliability and Installation Convenience

The KSB2 clamp by Walraven is a solid and versatile solution for mounting steel, copper, cast iron and plastic (multilayer) pipes. Made of electrolytically galvanized steel with an EPDM rubber insert, it not only ensures stable pipe retention but also reduces noise and vibration. With a nominal diameter of 3/4 inch (20) and an outer pipe diameter range of 31 to 35 mm, this clamp is ideal for a wide range of installation applications.

Design and User Features

The clamp design is based on a two-screw fastening system, which guarantees a firm grip and easy installation. The quick-release mechanism allows the clamp to be closed with one hand – this is particularly useful when working in hard-to-reach places or during overhead installation. The EPDM lining not only dampens sound (up to 21 dB(A) according to ISO 3822-1) but also protects the pipe from mechanical damage and prevents corrosion. In addition, the EPDM material is resistant to aging, ensuring long-term reliability.
