Durable end cap for drainage systems

The PEHD 110mm end cap from the Quick Stream (QS) series is a reliable solution for sealing the ends of drainage pipes. Made of high-density polyethylene (PE-80), it is characterized by high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage, guaranteeing long-term operation even in difficult conditions. It is an element of the Wavin system, ensuring compatibility with other components of this brand.

Design and installation

The end cap is designed for butt/welded connection, ensuring a durable and tight connection. Its short construction facilitates installation in places with limited space. The nominal connection diameter is DN 100, and the outer pipe diameter is 110 mm, ensuring compatibility with standard drainage pipes. The connection wall thickness is 4.2 mm, which affects the strength and stability of the entire structure. The use of PE-80 material and a standardized dimension ratio (SDR) of 32 guarantees adequate stiffness and pressure resistance – the maximum working pressure at 20°C is 4 bar.

Application and certificates

The end cap is used in internal and external drainage systems, as well as in technological installations. It has KIWA and KOMO certificates, confirming high quality and compliance with applicable standards. Thanks to the presence of seals, the connection is additionally protected against leaks. The product is supplied in cardboard boxes of 20 pieces and on pallets of 1280 pieces, which facilitates transport and storage. The black color makes it easier to identify and aesthetically blends into the surroundings of the installation.
