Tigris PPSU elbow – reliability and durability of connections

This is a 90-degree compression elbow made of high-quality polyphenylene sulfone (PPSU), designed to create durable and secure connections in water and heating installations of the Tigris system. Equipped with stainless steel compression sleeves, it guarantees reliability even in demanding conditions. The nominal connection diameter is DN 40, corresponding to an outer pipe diameter of 50 mm. The elbow length is 154 mm, and the connection length is 77 mm with a working length of 39 mm.

The K1 elbow is characterized by high temperature resistance (up to 95°C) and a working pressure of up to 10 bar. The use of PPSU ensures mechanical and chemical resistance, and the presence of seals made of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber (EDPM) eliminates the risk of leaks. The DVGW quality mark for water confirms compliance with standards and safety of use. The KIWA certificate further demonstrates the high quality of the product.
