Water fitting with external thread – reliability and easy installation

This GZ K5 fitting, designed for water connections with a nominal width of 20 mm (3/4 inch), is a key element of the Wavin Tigris installation systems. Made of high-quality polyphenylene sulfone (PPSU), it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, which is particularly important in water installations. Its design allows for easy and quick connection of pipes, minimizing working time and installation costs.

This fitting is characterized by a tapered BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) external gas thread and a clamping sleeve, which ensures a tight and secure connection. It is suitable for operation at a maximum working pressure of 10 bar and a temperature range of 0 to 70°C. It has a DVGW quality mark for water and a KIWA certificate, confirming compliance with applicable standards and safety regulations.
