Design and application

The clamp is designed for pipes with a diameter of 90 mm and is made of St 37 steel (1.0254). Its construction based on a double screw provides stable and secure fastening. The EPDM rubber insert effectively dampens vibrations and reduces the noise of flowing water. Thanks to this, the AS+ system achieves exceptional acoustic parameters – even below 10 dB(A) for a flow rate of 4 l/s in accordance with PN-EN 14366. The possibility of using it as both a fixed and sliding clamp increases the flexibility of the installation.
