Design and Application

This tee is part of the Wavin QuickStream system, designed for the construction of underground sewer networks. Its design allows connecting pipes of different diameters – 125 mm with 63 mm and 45 mm – at a 90-degree angle. Made of high-density polyethylene (PE-80), the tee is resistant to corrosion, mechanical damage, and the action of chemicals present in wastewater. The use of seals guarantees leak-proof connections, minimizing the risk of leaks and odors. SDR 33 is a coefficient defining the ratio of the outer diameter of the pipe to the thickness of its wall – the lower the SDR value, the thicker the wall and the higher the resistance to pressure.
