Internal drainage system – reliability and durability

PVC-HT pipe with a diameter of 110 mm and a length of 500 mm is an element of an internal drainage system designed for the removal of sanitary wastewater in residential and commercial buildings. Made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), it ensures effective and safe wastewater drainage for years to come. The pipe is characterized by flexibility, which facilitates installation and adaptation to existing installations.

Design and application

The pipe has a pipe end on one side and a push-fit socket on the other, allowing for quick and tight connection with other elements of the drainage system. The nominal diameter DN 100 and wall thickness of 2.6 mm guarantee strength and resistance to mechanical damage. The standardized dimension ratio (SDR) is 42, which affects optimal hydraulic parameters. Pipes with diameters of 50, 75 and 110 mm are made of PVC-U, and smaller diameters (32 and 40mm) of PP HT – both materials are characterized by high temperature resistance up to 95°C. This makes the system suitable for both the removal of domestic wastewater and water with elevated temperatures.
