Internal Drainage – Reliability and Durability for Your Project
PVC-HT pipe with a diameter of 75 mm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm is an element of an internal drainage system designed for efficient removal of sanitary wastewater in residential and commercial buildings. Made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), it is characterized by high temperature resistance up to 95°C, making it an ideal solution in places exposed to hot drains. Thanks to the smooth inner surface, the pipe minimizes the risk of dirt accumulation, ensuring long-lasting performance and ease of cleaning.
The pipe has a pipe end on one side and a push-fit socket on the other, making installation easier and ensuring tight connections. Chamfered edges facilitate the introduction of the pipe into the socket, and the flexibility of the material allows it to be adapted to the specifics of the installation. A coefficient of thermal expansion of 0.07 mm/(m.K) ensures dimensional stability under varying temperature conditions.
Application and benefits:
- Versatility: Ideal for installation in residential, office and commercial buildings.
- Resistance: Resistant to high temperatures and chemicals present in sanitary wastewater.
- Hygiene: Smooth surface minimizes dirt accumulation, preventing the development of bacteria and unpleasant odors.
- Durability: Made of PVC-U guarantees long-term operation – even up to 50 years – without loss of properties.
- Easy installation: Push-fit socket connections are quick and easy to perform, which translates into saving time and installation costs.
- PRiK quality mark “Good Choice”: Confirms the high production standard and care for the natural environment.
PVC HT pipes are also characterized by a low roughness coefficient (0.007 mm), which translates into better hydraulic parameters and reduces the risk of incrustation – i.e. the deposition of scale and other impurities on the pipe walls. Thanks to this, the drainage system maintains its throughput for a long time, minimizing the need for frequent cleaning and maintenance. The nominal diameter of the pipe is DN 65, and the outer diameter of the socket is 91 mm. The gray color fits both installations mounted in sight and in built-in structures.
