The QuickStream HDPE pipe with a diameter of 50mm and a wall thickness of 3mm is a high-quality installation component made of PE-100 polyethylene. Thanks to the standardized dimension ratio SDR 17,6 and the ring stiffness class SN4, the pipe ensures an optimal balance between flexibility and structural strength.

Technical parameters and material properties

The construction from PE-100 polyethylene guarantees superior mechanical properties compared to standard PE80. The material is characterized by a linear expansion coefficient of 0,17 mm/(m·K) and an internal wall roughness of 0,005 mm, which minimizes flow resistance and prevents the accumulation of contaminants.

The pipe with a nominal diameter of DN 40 has a minimum bending radius of 1000mm, allowing for installation in various terrain conditions without the need for additional fittings. The black color of the pipe provides natural protection against UV radiation and facilitates identification during earthworks.

Application and advantages of the QuickStream system

The QuickStream system was developed specifically for modern installations, offering simplified assembly thanks to innovative design solutions. The pipe is supplied in standard lengths of 5 meters.

The "Non-pressure" pressure class corresponds to typical operating conditions in gravity systems, where flow occurs solely under the influence of gravity. The pipe does not have an anti-diffusion zone or thermal insulation, which is typical for standard installation applications.

The standard "STD" range ensures full compatibility with other Wavin system components. The pipe is supplied without couplings and end caps, allowing for flexible connections according to the needs of a specific installation.

Compatibility with typical "plain end" connections allows for easy connection using standard fittings and couplings available in the manufacturer's range. The absence of seals (0 pieces) indicates the possibility of using different types of connections depending on design requirements.

The QS system is characterized by high resistance to chemical corrosion and dimensional stability due to the high-quality PE-100 material.
