Reduction fitting for water installations

This K5 C/Z reduction fitting, designed for water systems with a nominal pressure of PN10, allows connection of pipes with different diameters – 40 mm and 32 mm. It is a key element in installations where a change in pipe cross-section is required. Made of polyphenylene sulfone (PPSU), it is characterized by high tensile strength and resistance to mechanical damage.

Design and application

The fitting has a one-piece, simple and reducing design. Its main task is to ensure a tight and durable connection between pipes of different nominal diameters – DN32 and DN25. Thanks to the use of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EDPM) rubber seals, the connection is leak-proof and ensures long-term reliability. The fitting has a support collar, which further increases the stability of the connection.

It finds application in water installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. It is ideal for creating branches, changing the flow direction and connecting fittings.
