This eccentric PEHD 75x63mm reduction, with a S12.5 coefficient, is a key element of the Wavin QuickStream system. It is used to connect pipes of different diameters in rainwater drainage installations, ensuring smooth and efficient flow. Its design allows for a change in the direction of outflow, which is particularly useful on roofs with complex geometry.

Application and functionality

This reduction is used in both new installations and in the modernization of existing systems. Thanks to the use of high-density polyethylene (PE-80), it is characterized by high resistance to weather conditions, impacts and abrasion. This material is also resistant to most chemicals, which guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The eccentric shape of the reduction minimizes the risk of dirt accumulating at the connection point.

Construction and assembly

The reduction is made from a single piece of polyethylene, eliminating the risk of leaks. It has welded connections on both sides (diameters 75mm and 63mm), which ensure tightness and durability of the connection. The length of the reduction is 80 mm, and the nominal diameter is DN 70 and DN 60 for connections 1 and 2, respectively. The set includes gaskets, which further protect against leaks. Assembly is simple and quick – just weld the reduction to the appropriate PEHD pipes. Remember to maintain proper surface cleanliness before welding.
