PEX/AL/PE pipe with thermal insulation is a versatile solution for water and heating installations, combining the advantages of different materials. The construction consisting of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX), an aluminum layer, and an outer layer of polyethylene (PE) provides high strength, flexibility, and corrosion resistance. Additional thermal insulation with a thickness of 6 mm minimizes heat loss, which translates into energy savings. Coil length of 50 meters facilitates installation on larger surfaces.

Construction and application – for professionals and demanding users

This pipe is used in underfloor heating systems, central heating installations, and domestic hot water supply systems. The aluminum layer acts as an anti-diffusion barrier, preventing oxygen from entering the installation, which extends its lifespan. PEX provides flexibility and ease of installation, allowing adaptation to complex installation layouts. Nominal diameter DN 10 (outer diameter 16 mm) and wall thickness of 2 mm guarantee adequate mechanical strength and resistance to working pressure up to 10 bar. Minimum bending radius without tools is 80 mm, and with tools even 64 mm, which facilitates routing the pipe in tight spaces.
