The bracket is designed for pipes with an outer diameter of 50 mm and is compatible with plastic pipes.

Design and application

The QS (Quick Stream) bracket is characterized by a simple design based on a single screw, which simplifies and speeds up installation. A width of 30 mm, a height of 60 mm and a depth of 30 mm provide stable support for the gutter. Thanks to the external thread, it can be easily adapted to different types of roof structures. According to the manufacturer's recommendations, steel brackets should be mounted at intervals of a maximum of 70 cm, and in areas with high snow or strong wind loads – more frequently. It is important to maintain a uniform gutter slope during installation to ensure effective water drainage.

Strength and safety

The bracket is designed to withstand a load of up to 600 N, ensuring safe use even during heavy rain or snow. The galvanized surface not only protects against corrosion but also increases resistance to mechanical damage. Mounting the brackets according to the manufacturer's (Wavin) instructions ensures the proper functioning of the entire gutter system and minimizes the risk of leaks or structural damage.
