Safety and easy leak detection
The Tigris M5 tee features an innovative Acoustic Leak Alert (ALF) – acoustic leak detection. During air pressure tests, each uncompressed fitting emits a distinct whistle (approx. 80 dB), making it easier to quickly locate the problem. Additionally, the Defined Leak (DLF) function allows for visual leak detection during pressure tests with water. These solutions minimize the risk of leaks and ensure the proper functioning of the installation.
Compatibility and performance
Tigris M5 fittings are fully compatible with the previous Tigris M1 series and PE-Xc/Al./PE multilayer pipes. Thanks to Optiflow technology, the tee is characterized by an increased inner diameter, which translates to better medium flow and minimization of pressure losses in the installation. The ability to crimp fittings with various types of jaws (U, Up, H, TH, B) provides flexibility and convenience during installation.
