Steel pre-insulated approach – a solid and durable solution for gas connections

This pre-insulated steel approach with a diameter of DN20, made of L360 NB steel pipe and PE 100RC pipe, is a reliable element of gas installation. Construction and protection

The approach consists of a steel pipe protected by a polyethylene (PE 100RC SDR11) pipe and secured with a CANUSA heat shrinkable tube. This combination of materials guarantees high corrosion resistance – up to 50 years – and electrical insulation up to 25,000 V. The PE 100RC pipe has a certificate of compliance with PAS 1075, confirming its high quality and safety of use. Additionally, the polyethylene insulation with a minimum thickness of 2 mm effectively protects against mechanical damage.
