Steel pre-insulated approach with valve – a solid and durable solution

This pre-insulated steel approach with a DN15 valve, sized 500x1500 mm, made of L360 NB steel pipe and PE 100RC pipe, is a reliable solution for gas connections. The product combines the strength of steel with the corrosion resistance and flexibility of polyethylene, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. Additional protection in the form of a CANUSA heat shrink tube increases resistance to external factors.

Construction and protection

The approach consists of a steel pipe protected by a layer of polyethylene (PE), providing comprehensive protection against corrosion for at least 50 years. The polyethylene insulation, with a minimum thickness of 2 mm, effectively protects against mechanical damage and has high electrical breakdown resistance (up to 25,000 V). The PE 100RC pipe used has a certificate of conformity with PAS 1075 standard, confirming its high quality and safety. The L360 NB steel pipe guarantees strength and pressure resistance.
