Construction and protection

The connection is made of L360 NE/L360 NB steel pipe, ensuring strength and resistance to mechanical damage. A key element is the polyethylene pre-insulation with a minimum thickness of 2 mm, which effectively protects against corrosion for up to 50 years. Additionally, the insulation is characterized by high dielectric strength – up to 25,000 V, which increases safety. The PE 100RC pipe has a certificate of conformity with PAS 1075, confirming its high quality and safety. The whole is protected by a CANUSA heat shrink tube, providing additional protection against external factors.

Versatility and available terminations

The connection has a DN25 flange, which facilitates integration with various gas installation elements. Other terminations – thread, valve or half coupling – are also available, allowing adaptation to individual project needs. The dimensions of the connection are L=1500 mm (length) and H=1500 mm (height).
