Safe and durable gas connection

This steel gas connection with pre-insulated pipe guarantees a safe and compliant connection of the gas installation. The construction combines the strength of steel with anti-corrosion protection and thermal insulation, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The connection is particularly useful during the construction of new installations, as well as the modernization of existing ones.

Design and materials

The connection is made of L360N steel, which ensures high mechanical strength and resistance to loads. The steel pipe is protected against corrosion by an anti-corrosion primer and a 3LPE coating – a three-layer polyethylene coating. Additional protection is provided by a CANUSA heat-shrink tube. The PE 100RC pipe, certified for compliance with PAS 1075, provides thermal insulation with a minimum thickness of 2 mm. This combination translates into protection against corrosion for up to 50 years! The PE insulation is also characterized by high dielectric strength – up to 25,000 V.

Specifications and application

The connection has a DN25 flange end, which allows for easy and tight connection with other elements of the gas installation. The diameter of the PE pipe is 32 mm, and the total length of the connection is 1500 mm (of which 350 mm is the length of the PE pipe, and 3000 mm of the steel pipe). The possibility of choosing different endings (thread, valve, half-coupling) allows you to adapt the connection to specific installation needs. Designed to operate at temperatures from -30°C to +40°C and at a maximum pressure of 0.5 MPa.
