PUSH IN technology - fast wire connection

The feed-through terminal block utilizes PUSH IN technology, which allows the wire to be inserted directly into the terminal - without tools and without the need to operate a lever. The spring mechanism automatically clamps the wire, ensuring stable electrical contact and high wire pull-out force.

The single-level design offers four connection points (two per side), allowing the circuit to be split within a single module. With a width of 3,5 mm, the block occupies minimal space on the TS35 DIN rail.

Materials and connection durability

Hardened steel in the terminals withstands mechanical loads occurring during operation - wires maintain stability even under vibrations or changes in environmental conditions. Tin-plated copper guarantees low contact resistance (1,83 mΩ) and minimal power loss (0,56 W at full load).

The housing made of Wemid plastic is halogen-free - it meets fire safety standard requirements and does not emit toxic halogen gases during combustion.

Operating parameters and environmental resistance

The operating temperature range from -60°C to +130°C allows the block to be used in both industrial cold storage and high-temperature environments - e.g., near electric motors or heating elements.

The UL94 V-0 flammability rating means the material is self-extinguishing after the fire source is removed - which is important for fire certifications.

The block operates at a rated voltage of 500 V AC and a current of 17,5 A, handling wires with cross-sections from 0,14 mm² to 1,5 mm². The strip length is 8 mm.

The product is certified for use in explosion-hazardous areas:
