Push-In connection technology and rapid installation

The A-series feed-through terminal block utilizes innovative Push-In technology, which allows for tool-free wire connection. Simply strip the insulation to 12 mm, insert the wire into the opening, and you are done - the spring-loaded clamping mechanism ensures a secure connection. This significantly reduces wiring time compared to traditional screw terminals.

Push-In technology guarantees high wire pull-out force and easy handling regardless of the wire type - solid or stranded. This allows installers to work faster, while connections remain stable throughout the entire service life.

Construction and materials

The housing is made of Wemid - a glass-fiber reinforced polyamide that is high-temperature resistant and self-extinguishing. An operating temperature range from -60°C to +130°C makes the block suitable for both industrial cold storage and high-temperature zones.

The contacts are made of hardened steel - this design withstands mechanical overloads without deformation. The contact surface is coated with tin, ensuring low contact resistance and long-term electrical conductivity.

The block is single-tier (1-tier), feed-through - it has 3 connection points allowing for wire connection from the top or bottom of the DIN rail. The housing dimensions are 74 × 6,1 × 39,5 mm, and mounting is performed on a standard TH35 DIN rail.

Additional functions and expansion possibilities

The manufacturer has equipped the block with a range of functions to facilitate work:

• Integrated cross-connectors - allow for rapid creation of connections between adjacent blocks without additional components.
• Measurement and test points - enable safe checking of circuit parameters without interfering with the installation.
• Compensation foot - facilitates leveling the block on the DIN rail in case of uneven surfaces.
• Built-in pushers - assist in operating the Push-In mechanism when connecting stranded wires.

The block is compatible with markers and DIN rail accessories - partition plates, end plates, and terminal markings.

The block operates at a voltage of 800 V (IEC) or 600 V (UL/CSA) and a current of 32 A (IEC) or 30 A (UL/CSA). The range of supported wire cross-sections is 4 mm² (equivalent to AWG 26-10). The product meets IEC and UL/CSA standards, confirming its capability for use in industrial installations in the European and American markets. The dark beige housing allows for easy identification of the block in multi-block configurations - particularly important in large-scale industrial automation control panels.
