Bourdon tube pressure gauge 111.10, Ø 100 mm, 0-0.6 Mpa, M20 x 1.5, bottom connection 7414008
Precise pressure measurement in a compact housing
The Bourdon tube pressure gauge model 111.10 is a proven solution for measuring the pressure of gases and liquids that are chemically inert to copper alloys. Thanks to the 100 mm case diameter, it ensures excellent readability of indications, and the 0-0.6 MPa range allows for precise monitoring of operating parameters in industrial installations and HVAC systems.
Construction and principle of operation
The device utilizes a Bourdon tube measuring system, where the deformation of the tube under pressure is proportionally transmitted to the mechanism via a linkage and indicated on the scale.
The housing made of black steel ensures durability and resistance to industrial conditions. The plastic window protects the dial from mechanical damage while maintaining good reading clarity.
Operating parameters and accuracy
The pressure gauge is characterized by an accuracy class 1.6, which guarantees high measurement precision for demanding industrial applications. The measuring element is made of a copper alloy.
The maximum allowable medium temperature is +60°C, and the ambient temperature can range from -20°C to +60°C. The constant working pressure should not exceed ¾ of the full scale, and the variable pressure - ⅔ of the full scale.
Applications, compatibility, and compliance with standards
The device is ideal for:
- Pneumatics - monitoring compressed air pressure,
- District heating - controlling heating installation parameters,
- Ventilation and air conditioning - supervising HVAC systems,
- Medical technology - applications requiring high reliability.
The M20 x 1,5 process connection in the bottom position enables easy installation in piping systems. The scale is made of white aluminum with a stop pin at the zero point.
The construction of the pressure gauge meets the requirements of the EN 837-1 standard, confirming high manufacturing quality and operational safety. The product is covered by the quality guarantee of the German manufacturer WIKA - a world leader in measurement technology.
