Measurement system and mechanical construction

The heart of the pressure gauge is the Bourdon tube, which deforms proportionally to the value of the measured medium under pressure. This deformation is transmitted to the mechanism via a precise linkage and indicated on a clear scale. The modular construction allows for various combinations of material housings, process connections, nominal sizes, and pressure ranges.

The housing with a diameter of 63 mm is made of black plastic, ensuring durability and an aesthetic appearance. The dial, made of white plastic, features a stop pin at the zero point, facilitating calibration and zeroing checks. The black plastic pointer ensures good readability.

Operating parameters and measurement accuracy

The device operates in the range of 0-10 bar with an accuracy class of 2.5, allowing for precise readings in most standard industrial applications. The G 1/4 B process connection, located radially (bottom), enables easy installation in piping systems.
