Precise pressure measurement in a compact design
The WIKA Bourdon tube pressure gauge model 111.12 is a professional measuring instrument designed for monitoring gas and liquid pressure in industrial and domestic installations. Thanks to its compact 40 mm diameter, it is ideal for locations with limited mounting space.
Construction and technical parameters
The device utilizes the classic Bourdon tube operating principle, which ensures high reliability and long-term measurement stability. The plastic housing in black guarantees corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. A transparent plastic window protects the dial from mechanical damage.
The pressure gauge operates in the range of 0-10 bar with an accuracy class of 2.5, providing sufficient precision for most standard measurement applications. The white scale with a black pointer allows for easy reading of results even in low light. A stop pin located at the zero point further stabilizes the pointer position.
The M10 x 1,0 process connection made of brass ensures a tight connection to the installation. The centric rear position facilitates mounting on control panels and distribution cabinets.
Applications and compatibility
The pressure gauge finds wide application in various heating installations, where it is used to control pressure in central heating systems and boiler rooms. In water installations, it enables monitoring of water supply network pressure and sanitary installations. In gas installations, it allows for pressure measurements of natural gas and propane-butane.
The device is also effective in air conditioning and ventilation for controlling the operating parameters of HVAC systems, as well as in medical technology for monitoring pressure in medical equipment. In pneumatics, it is used for compressed air pressure measurements.
The pressure gauge is intended for media that do not cause clogging and do not react with copper alloys. The medium operating temperature can be a maximum of +60°C, and the ambient temperature ranges from -20°C to +60°C.
User and operational advantages
Compliance with the EN 837-1 standard guarantees high manufacturing quality and operational safety. The durable construction, resistant to mechanical vibrations, eliminates the need for additional vibration damping. The plastic used to produce the housing does not corrode under the influence of moisture or typical chemicals found in domestic installations.
