Case-mounted pressure gauge 612.20 Stainless steel housing, 0 kPa-10 kPa, M20 x 1.5, ø 100mm 31162338
Professional capsule pressure gauge for low-pressure measurement
The capsule pressure gauge model 612.20 is a specialized measuring device designed for precise monitoring of low pressures in the range 0...10 kPa. Thanks to its compact design with a diameter of 100 mm and a solid CrNi stainless steel housing, it is ideally suited for industrial applications requiring reliable measurements of non-aggressive gases and liquids.
Construction and materials ensuring durability
The gauge housing is made of high-quality CrNi stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term operation in demanding industrial conditions. The "Twist" type cover made of stainless steel allows easy access to the internal mechanism while maintaining housing tightness.
The measuring system based on a copper alloy features high thermal stability and resistance to most non-aggressive media. The mechanism, also made of copper alloy, ensures precise operation over many years of service.
The industrial glass protecting the dial is resistant to mechanical impacts and chemical factors present in the industrial environment. The protection class IP54 protects the interior of the device against dust and water jets, expanding the range of possible applications.
Operating parameters and installation compatibility
The gauge operates in the range 0...10 kPa (equivalent to 0...100 mBAR) with an accuracy class of 1.6, ensuring high reading precision even at very low pressure values. A resolution of 0.2 kPa with 50 scale divisions enables accurate interpolation of readings.
The process connection with thread M20 x 1,5 located radially at the bottom allows standard connection to industrial installations. The nozzle made of brass ensures connection tightness and compatibility with most installation materials.
The maximum medium temperature of 100°C expands the range of possible applications to include heating systems and technological processes with elevated operating temperatures. The "zero" point adjustment, accessible from the front of the dial, allows easy zeroing before starting measurements.
Normative compliance and application areas
The device meets the requirements of standard EN 837-3, confirming its compliance with European safety and quality standards for capsule pressure gauges. The standard mark applied on the dial scale guarantees fulfillment of rigorous technical requirements.
The gauge is intended for measuring the pressure of dry gases and chemically non-aggressive liquids - it is not suitable for crystalline media or strongly corrosive chemical substances. The modular construction according to WIKA standards allows flexible adaptation of various housing materials, process connection types, and scale ranges to specific application requirements.
