Industrial pressure gauge 111.22 for measuring liquid and gas pressure at temperatures up to 200 °C, 0 bar-6 bar 12273385
Professional pressure gauge for high-temperature industrial applications
Model 111.22 is a specialized industrial pressure gauge designed for measuring medium pressure at temperatures up to 200°C. Thanks to its robust construction and compliance with the PN-EN 837-1:2000 standard, the device excels in demanding industrial applications, particularly in heating installations.
Construction and high-temperature resistant materials
The 100 mm diameter housing is made of black-painted steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The measuring mechanism made of brass guarantees long-term operational precision. The measuring element utilizes a copper alloy Bourdon tube (for ranges below 60 bar), which translates to high measurement accuracy.
The G 1/2 B type process connection allows for easy installation in standard hydraulic and pneumatic systems. A glass window protects the dial from mechanical damage, while the steel cover provides additional protection for the internal mechanism.
Operating parameters and operational safety
The pressure gauge operates in the range of 0...6 bar with an accuracy class of 1.6, ensuring precise readings even at low pressures. The IP54 enclosure protection rating guarantees resistance to dust and water droplets, enabling operation in difficult environmental conditions.
The medium temperature range is 0°C...200°C, and the ambient temperature can range from -25°C to +60°C. The maximum working pressure should be at most 3/4 of the full scale for constant pressure or 2/3 for variable pressure, protecting the device from overload.
Applications and medium compatibility
The device is intended for measuring the pressure of liquids and gases that do not react with copper alloys. It is particularly effective for monitoring the parameters of hot water, superheated water above 100°C, water steam, and oil or other non-crystallizing media.
Due to the design of the measuring element, the pressure gauge is not suitable for thick or crystallizing media that could cause blockages in the pressure system. The aluminum dial with a white scale and black pointer ensures legible readings even in low light.
