Liquid-filled pressure gauge 213.53 Stainless steel casing, diameter 63 mm, 0-25 bar, G 1/4 B, rear mounting 12108464
Precise pressure measurement in demanding industrial conditions
The pressure gauge model 213.53 is a professional measuring device equipped with a Bourdon tube and glycerin filling, ensuring stable and accurate pressure measurements even in environments exposed to intense vibrations and shocks. Thanks to its robust construction made of CrNi stainless steel (1.4301) and accuracy class 1.6, the pressure gauge is ideally suited for hydraulic applications, compressors, and the shipbuilding industry.
Construction and materials for demanding applications
The measuring system made of copper alloy guarantees long-term measurement stability and corrosion resistance. The mechanism is also made of copper alloy, ensuring precise operation of internal components throughout the entire service life. The housing made of polished CrNi steel features explosion protection and an O-ring seal between the housing and the connection element, protecting against the ingress of moisture and contaminants.
The Twist-type cover made of CrNi steel allows easy access to the interior of the device during maintenance or calibration. The transparent plastic window protects the scale from mechanical damage while ensuring excellent readability.
Operating parameters and medium compatibility
The device operates in a pressure range of 0...25 bar with a nominal diameter of 63 mm. The process connection G 1/4 B enables installation in threaded piping systems of various types. The rear center connection position facilitates installation in control panels and distribution cabinets.
The pressure gauge is intended for use with gases and liquid media that do not react with copper alloy and do not exhibit viscous or crystallizing properties. The maximum medium temperature is +60°C, while the ambient temperature can range from -20°C to +60°C. The temperature error at a temperature difference from +20°C is a maximum of ±4% per 10K of the range.
Regulatory compliance and operational safety
The product meets the requirements of standard EN 837-1, confirming its compliance with European safety and quality standards for pressure gauges. The safety symbol "S" on the dial indicates compliance with operational safety requirements.
The protection rating IP65 according to EN 60529/IEC 529 ensures complete protection against dust and water jets from any direction, enabling installation even in difficult external or industrial conditions exposed to moisture.
The zero stop pin located at the zero point facilitates calibration and zeroing of the device before starting measurements, which is particularly important for maintaining high accuracy throughout the entire service life of the pressure gauge.
