Liquid-filled pressure gauge 213.53 Stainless steel housing, Ø 63 mm, 0-4 bar, G 1/4 B, bottom connection 12076091

Professional pressure gauge for demanding working conditions

The 213.53 model pressure gauge is a precision measuring instrument designed specifically for operation in demanding industrial environments. Thanks to its glycerin filling, it effectively dampens vibrations and shocks, making it an ideal solution for hydraulic installations, compressors, and marine applications.

Construction and materials

The housing made of CrNi stainless steel (1.4301) ensures excellent corrosion resistance and long-term use even in aggressive environmental conditions. The 63 mm diameter guarantees readability while maintaining compact mounting dimensions.

The measuring system based on a copper alloy with a C-type Bourdon tube ensures high pressure measurement accuracy. The mechanism, also made of a copper alloy, guarantees the stability of metrological parameters throughout its service life.

Operating parameters and accuracy

The device operates in the range of 0-4 bar with an accuracy class of 1.6, allowing for precise monitoring of the installation's working pressure. The 99.7% glycerin filling of the housing effectively dampens mechanical vibrations, eliminating reading errors caused by vibrations.

The G 1/4 B process connection with a bottom position enables easy mounting and standard integration with most industrial installations. The medium operating temperature is up to +60°C, and the ambient temperature ranges from -20°C to +60°C.

Applications and compatibility

The pressure gauge is intended for measuring the pressure of gases and liquid media that do not react with the copper alloy. It is particularly recommended for hydraulics, compressors, and marine applications where resistance to harsh working conditions is required.

Compliance with the EN 837-1 standard and the IP65 protection rating ensure safe operation even in environments with increased humidity and dust. A pointer stop on the scale at the zero point facilitates zero calibration before starting measurements.
