Liquid-filled pressure gauge 213.53 Stainless steel housing, Ø 63 mm, 0-6 bar, rear mounting, M12 x 1.5 12075729

WIKA Glycerin-Filled Pressure Gauge Model 213.53

The WIKA glycerin-filled pressure gauge, model 213.53, is a precision measuring instrument designed for operation in demanding industrial environments.

The device is specifically engineered for measuring the pressure of gases and liquid media that exhibit neither viscous nor crystallizing properties and do not react with copper alloys. Glycerin filling provides resistance to shocks and vibrations.

Construction and Materials

The housing, made of CrNi stainless steel (1.4301), offers enhanced corrosion resistance and protection against mechanical damage.

The measuring system, based on a copper alloy Bourdon tube, ensures a linear measurement characteristic across the entire range of 0-6 bar.

A transparent plastic window protects the scale from mechanical damage while ensuring excellent readability. The scale features a special limiting stop and markings compliant with standard EN 837-1.

Operating Parameters and Environment

The pressure gauge operates stably at an ambient temperature from -20°C to +60°C, with a maximum medium temperature of +60°C. The accuracy class is 1.6.

The device provides an ingress protection rating of IP65, ensuring effective protection against dust and low-pressure water jets.

The process connection M12 x 1,5, centrally located at the rear of the housing, enables easy installation even in confined spaces.

Compliance and Standards

The device is designed in accordance with the requirements of standard EN 837-1, confirming its compliance with European safety and quality standards.

The model holds approvals from German Lloyd and GOST, extending its applicability to international markets and marine applications requiring class certification.

Safe operation is guaranteed by the permissible working pressure: for constant pressure, three-quarters of the full measurement range; for variable pressure, according to characteristic B; and for instantaneous measurements, equivalent to the full measurement range.
