Professional Pressure Gauge for Demanding Operating Conditions
The mechanical Bourdon tube pressure gauge, model 213.53, is a specialized measuring instrument designed for operation in harsh industrial environments. Thanks to its glycerin-filled case, it effectively dampens vibrations and shocks, making it an ideal solution for hydraulic applications, compressors, and the shipbuilding industry.
Durable Construction and Materials
The case is made of CrNi stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term service in industrial environments. The measuring system, constructed from a copper alloy, provides stable readings, while the transparent plastic window protects the scale from mechanical damage. The glycerin filling minimizes the impact of vibrations on measurement accuracy and protects internal components from condensation.
The mechanism, made of copper alloy, is characterized by high operational precision, and the special Twist-type cover allows easy access to internal components during servicing or calibration.
Operating Parameters and Safety
The pressure gauge operates within an ambient temperature range of -20°C to +60°C, with a maximum medium temperature of 60°C. Accuracy class 1.6 ensures high measurement precision for most industrial applications. The process connection G¼B allows installation using standard mounting tools.
As a safety feature, the instrument is equipped with a blow-out device; in the event of a failure, overpressure is released through a controlled vent, protecting the case from rupture. The IP65 protection rating guarantees dust tightness and resistance to water jets.
Applications and Media Compatibility
The device is particularly suitable for measuring the pressure of gases and low-viscosity liquids that do not react chemically with copper alloys. It performs excellently under rapid load cycles and constant vibrations typical of hydraulic systems.
Nominal sizes are available in three dimensions (50mm, 63mm, 100mm), and measurement ranges can be adapted to specific application needs—from vacuum up to 1000 bar.
Compliance with Standards and Quality Certifications
Production complies with the requirements of standards EN 837-1 and ASME B40.100, confirming high manufacturing quality and operational safety. The model holds approvals from German Lloyd and GOST for demanding marine and offshore applications.
Each unit features a stop pin on the scale at the zero point, along with markings indicating the accuracy class and safety symbol in accordance with European standards.
