Liquid-filled pressure gauge 213.53 Stainless steel housing, Ø 63 mm, -1-0 bar, bottom connection, M12 x 1.5 12075345

Professional glycerine-filled pressure gauge for demanding industrial applications

Model 213.53 is an advanced Bourdon tube pressure gauge equipped with a glycerine liquid filling that effectively dampens vibrations and shocks during operation. This design ensures reading stability even in harsh environmental conditions.

High-quality construction and materials

The housing is made of CrNi stainless steel (1.4301), polished and fitted with an explosion-proof feature at the 12 o'clock position. The measuring system, based on a copper alloy, ensures long-term measurement reliability. The mechanism is also manufactured from copper alloy, guaranteeing corrosion resistance and dimensional stability.

The measuring element for pressures below 60 bar utilizes a C-type spring made of copper alloy, while for higher pressures a helical spring is employed. An O-ring seal is mounted between the housing and the connection element, ensuring the tightness of the construction.

Operating parameters and measurement accuracy

The pressure gauge offers a measurement range from -1 to 0 bar, ideal for monitoring vacuum in vacuum and suction systems. Accuracy class 1.6 according to EN 837-1 ensures high reading precision for professional industrial applications.

The liquid filling with 99.7% glycerine effectively dampens mechanical vibrations and protects internal components from moisture condensation. The device operates stably at an ambient temperature from -20°C to +60°C, with a maximum medium temperature of +60°C. The temperature error does not exceed ±4% per 10K difference relative to the reference temperature (+20°C).

Application and medium compatibility

The construction is adapted for use with gases and low-viscosity liquids that do not crystallize and do not react negatively with copper alloy. The pressure gauge is widely used in hydraulic power systems, compressor systems, compressors, and the shipbuilding industry.

The process connection type M12 x 1.5 with bottom mounting enables easy installation in both vertical and horizontal pipelines. Protection class IP65 according to EN/IEC standards guarantees resistance to dust and low-pressure water jets.

Compliance with the international standard EN 837-1 and approvals from German Lloyd and Gost confirm the highest standards of quality and operational safety for this professional measuring instrument.
