Liquid-filled pressure gauge 213.53 Stainless steel housing, diameter 63 mm, 0-10 bar, rear mounting, M12 x 1.5 12075753
Professional pressure gauge for demanding industrial applications
Model 213.53 is an advanced mechanical Bourdon tube pressure gauge, specifically designed for measurement points with high dynamic loads and intense vibrations.
Construction, technical parameters and certificates
The housing made of 1.4301 stainless steel ensures excellent resistance to corrosion and industrial conditions. The 63 mm diameter and compact design allow for installation even in limited spaces. The measurement system based on a copper-based alloy guarantees high measurement accuracy while maintaining an accuracy class of 1.6.
The M12 x 1,5 process connection with rear mounting simplifies installation in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. The 0-10 bar measuring range covers most standard industrial applications. The glycerin filling of the housing effectively dampens vibrations of the pressure element and the internal mechanism.
The operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +60°C for the ambient environment and from -20°C to +100°C for the measuring medium. The IP65 protection rating protects against dust and water jets.
The design meets the requirements of EN 837-1 and ASME B40.100 standards, and the type test certificate for the shipbuilding industry confirms the highest quality of workmanship. The instrument protection includes a vent allowing for the safe release of overpressure in case of failure.
A stop pin on the dial at the zero point facilitates calibration and zeroing control of the instrument. The pressure gauge is suitable for gaseous and liquid media that do not react with the copper-based alloy and ensures tightness at a leakage rate of less than 5×10⁻³ mbar·l/s.
