Liquid-filled pressure gauge 213.53 Stainless steel housing, diameter 63 mm, 0-400 bar, bottom connection, G 1/4 B 12075329
Professional high-pressure gauge for demanding applications
The model 213.53 gauge is a specialized measuring instrument designed for operation in extreme industrial conditions. Thanks to its stainless steel housing and glycerin damping system, the device ensures stable and precise pressure measurements in the range of 0-400 bar, even under strong vibrations and hydraulic shocks.
Robust construction and materials for harsh conditions
The gauge body is made of stainless steel grade 304 (1.4301), ensuring full resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The measuring element, made of copper alloy, is equipped with a helical spring that maintains reading accuracy even at the maximum pressure of 400 bar.
The housing is filled with technical glycerin, which serves a dual function: it dampens mechanism vibrations and lubricates moving parts, significantly extending the device's service life. The white plastic dial features a stop pin at the zero point, ensuring reading stability.
Operating parameters and compatibility
The device operates in an ambient temperature range from -20°C to +60°C, while the medium temperature can reach +100°C. Accuracy class 1.6 according to standard EN 837-1 ensures high measurement precision. The process connection type G 1/4 B (external thread) enables bottom (radial) mounting using standard gauge valves.
Protection rating IP65 guards against dust and water jets, allowing operation even in dusty industrial environments. The device weighs only 0.21 kg, facilitating installation on systems with limited load capacity.
Industrial applications and safety
The gauge is widely used in high-pressure hydraulic systems as well as in the oil and gas industries. It is also suitable for leak testing of installations requiring high test parameters.
The atmospheric compensation system with a pressure-equalizing valve maintains accuracy class even under changing weather conditions. An O-ring seal between the housing and the connection element ensures joint tightness at maximum working pressure.
