Liquid-filled pressure gauge 213.53 Stainless steel housing, diameter 63 mm, 0-6 bar, rear mounting, G 1/4 B 12054852

Professional glycerine-filled pressure gauge for demanding industrial applications

The WIKA model 213.53 is an advanced measuring instrument specifically designed for operation in harsh industrial environments. Featuring a stainless steel case and a copper alloy measuring system, the device ensures reliable pressure measurement in the range of 0-6 bar with an accuracy class of 1.6. The glycerine filling effectively dampens vibrations and protects the mechanism from damage.

Construction and materials resistant to extreme conditions

The housing is made of stainless steel CrNi (1.4301), ensuring long-term resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The internal mechanism and wetted parts are constructed from copper alloy, guaranteeing measurement stability even under varying operating temperatures. A transparent plastic window protects the display from damage while maintaining excellent readability.

The process connection G 1/4 B enables easy installation in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, while the rear mounting position simplifies integration into control panels. A stop pin located at the zero point stabilizes the initial position of the pointer.

Operating parameters and operational safety

The device operates stably at ambient temperatures from −20°C to +60°C, with a maximum medium temperature of +60°C. The protection rating IP65 according to EN/IEC standards ensures complete resistance to dust and water jets, allowing installation even outdoors.

In the event of a failure, the safety system automatically releases overpressure through a dedicated blow-out device, protecting operators from hazardous situations. The construction complies with the requirements of standards EN 837-1 and ASME B40.100, confirming its high manufacturing quality.

Industrial applications and media compatibility

This pressure gauge is particularly suitable for applications exposed to intense vibrations—hydraulic power units, air compressors, and the shipbuilding industry. Thanks to vibration damping provided by the glycerine filling, it is ideal for measurement points with rapid load cycles.

Compatible with gases and low-viscosity liquids that do not crystallize and do not react chemically with copper alloy. Nominal sizes are available in 50mm, 63mm (model shown), and 100mm, with larger sizes carrying German Lloyd and Gost approvals for marine applications.

The medium temperature can be increased to 100°C (for sizes NS50/63) or 150°C (NS100) when using a special soft solder.
