Model O‑10 offers a measurement range from 0 to 16 bar gauge with a non-linearity of ±0.5% BFSL, guaranteeing high reading precision across the entire range. The 4‑20 mA output signal in a two-wire configuration ensures immunity to electromagnetic interference and enables transmission over longer distances without loss of signal quality. A power supply in the range of 8‑30 V DC allows for flexible integration with various automation systems.
Construction and environmental resistance
The G1/4 A process connection according to DIN 3852‑E ensures mounting versatility and compatibility with standard hydraulic and pneumatic installations. The seal made of NBR (nitrile rubber) guarantees connection tightness and resistance to oils and lubricants. A housing with condensation protection protects the electronics from moisture and water vapor condensation.
The device operates in a wide medium temperature range from ‑40°C to +100°C, enabling its use in both refrigeration applications and at elevated process temperatures. A special feature is the allowable overload of five times the nominal range, which significantly increases operational safety in the event of unforeseen pressure spikes.
Electrical connections and certificates
The round M12x1 electrical connection with four pins ensures a quick and secure connection. Standard pin designation (UB=pin1, 0V=pin3) facilitates correct installation. The product holds a cULus certificate, confirming compliance with North American electrical safety standards.
