Thermal insulation cover dedicated to Yonos MAXO circulation pumps in size DN40-44. This is an accessory that significantly improves the energy efficiency of the heating system by reducing heat loss – by up to 85%. This reduces energy consumption and operating costs.

Made of plastic, with dimensions of 153 mm (width), 204 mm (length) and 174 mm (height), the cover provides not only thermal insulation but also an even temperature distribution inside the pump. This translates into more stable operation of the device and extends its service life. The cover material is neutral in contact with groundwater and does not contain harmful substances, making it safe for the environment and users. Furthermore, it is 100% recyclable as a secondary raw material.

The set includes a two-part thermal insulation cover, four mounting pins, and an assembly instruction in the form of diagrams. It should be remembered that when thermally insulating the pump body, it can be isolated from the motor only to the level of the expansion gap – the condensate labyrinth should not be blocked.
