Wilo-Helix V 1013-1/16/E/KS/400-50 high-pressure water pump 4150560
High-pressure water pump Wilo-Helix V 1013-1/16/E/KS/400-50 – a reliable solution for water supply and pressure boosting.&
This multi-stage, vertical centrifugal pump with inline connections is a solid choice for both professional installers and end-users. Designed for efficient water supply and pressure boosting, it will perform well in a variety of applications – from industrial installations to fire protection systems and car washes. The design of the Wilo-Helix V pump has been optimized for flow and anti-cavitation head, resulting in high efficiency and reliable operation.
Construction and materials ensuring durability
The pump housing made of stainless steel (grade 304 or 304L depending on the component) guarantees corrosion resistance and long service life. Impellers, diffusers and stage casings are also made of corrosion-resistant materials – stainless steel (1.4307 or 1.4404). The pump shaft is available in stainless steel 1.4301 or 1.4462, which further increases its strength. This makes the pump suitable for use with potable water (in versions with EPDM seals) and various process media. A robust coupling guard facilitates maintenance and ensures safe operation.
Performance and technical parameters
Wilo-Helix V 1013-1/16/E/KS/400-50 offers a maximum capacity of 15.4 m³/h and a maximum head of 136.4 m. The motor with a power of 5.5 kW is powered by a voltage of 400 V at a frequency of 50 Hz, and its rated current is 10.5 A. The pump is characterized by a high minimum efficiency index (MEI) of 0.7 and an energy efficiency class of IE3, which translates into lower operating costs. The maximum operating pressure is 16 bar, and the temperature range of the pumped liquid is -30 to +120°C (depending on the seal version). The IP55 protection class provides protection against dust and water jets, allowing operation in various environmental conditions. Inlet and outlet connections with a nominal diameter of 1 ½ inches (40 mm) are terminated with flanges compliant with ISO 228-1, which facilitates integration with existing hydraulic installations.
