High-pressure water pump Wilo-Helix V 1605-1/25/E/KS/400-50
This three-phase, vertical centrifugal pump from Wilo-Helix V is a robust solution for water supply and pressure boosting in installations. Designed to operate in demanding conditions, it offers high efficiency and reliability. Made of high-quality stainless steel, it provides long-term protection against corrosion and guarantees the tightness of the installation.
Design and application
The Wilo-Helix V pump is characterized by a multistage design, which translates into effective water lifting to significant heights. It is intended for use with clean water or non-aggressive liquids, and its operating temperature range reaches from -30°C to +120°C. This makes it applicable in:
- Potable and utility water supply
- Irrigation systems
- Industrial water installations
- Pressure boosting in existing installations
Performance and operating parameters
The pump achieves a maximum performance of 26 m³/h and is able to lift water to a height of up to 64.85 meters. The 4 kW motor with energy efficiency class IE3 ensures optimal energy consumption. The maximum working pressure is 25 bar, allowing the pump to be used in installations with high pressure requirements. It is equipped with DN50 flanged connections on both sides (inlet and outlet) made of stainless steel. The motor operates at a rated voltage of 400 V and a frequency of 50 Hz, and its degree of protection is IP55 – protection against water jets and dust. The pump body and impeller are made of stainless steel grade 304, and the motor insulation class is F, providing resistance to high temperatures. The pump also has thermal protection and is designed for continuous operation. The lack of support for communication protocols (PROFIBUS, KNX, RS-232/485/PROFINET IO, BACnet, CAN/CANOpen, LON/LONWorks, LIN Bus) means simple integration with existing control systems.
