This is a multi-stage, vertical centrifugal pump designed for water supply, pressure boosting, and industrial applications. Characteristics and application

The Wilo-Helix V pump is widely used in various water systems: from water supply and pressure boosting, through industrial installations and fire protection systems, to car washes and irrigation. It will also work in process water circulation and closed cooling circuits. Thanks to the possibility of adaptation to specific conditions (e.g. motor protection, motor efficiency class IE4), the pump can be optimally adapted to the specific needs of the installation.

Construction and key features

The pump design has been designed for easy maintenance – it is characterized by a solid coupling cover. Impellers, guide vanes and stage casings are made of corrosion-resistant material – stainless steel 1.4307 (AISI 304L) or 1.4404 (AISI 316L) depending on the version. The pump body is available in stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) or 1.4404 (AISI 316L). The pump has flanged connections in accordance with EN 1092-1 standard with a nominal diameter of DN 25 on the inlet and outlet side and a pressure class of PN 25. The motor with a power of 1.5 kW operates at a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage in the range of 230-400 V with a rated current of 3A. The degree of protection IP55 provides protection against dust and water spray.
