This is a multi-stage, vertical centrifugal pump designed for efficient water pressure boosting in various applications. The inline design and solid construction from corrosion-resistant materials guarantee reliability and long service life. The pump is particularly well suited for operation in demanding conditions, offering a performance of up to 6.5 m³/h and a maximum head reaching 110.8 meters.

The Wilo-Helix V pump is widely used in water supply and pressure boosting systems, as well as in industrial installations, fire protection systems and car washes. It will also work in closed cooling circuits and irrigation systems. Thanks to its optimized hydraulic design and high efficiency, it ensures effective operation with minimal energy consumption. Made of durable materials such as stainless steel, it is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage.

Construction and key features

• Pump casing: Made of stainless steel (grade 304 or 316L depending on the version), which ensures high corrosion resistance and long life.
• Impeller and diffusers: Also made of stainless steel (grade 304 or 316L), guaranteeing reliable operation even when working with liquids containing impurities.
• Motor: Three-phase with a power of 2.2 kW and a supply voltage of 230-400 V / 50 Hz, characterized by energy efficiency class IE3.
• Connections: Internal gas tapered thread BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) with a nominal diameter of 1 inch (25 mm) on both the inlet and outlet sides.
• Degree of protection: IP55 – provides protection against water jets and access to moving parts.
• Temperature range: Operation in ambient temperature from -15°C to +50°C and pumped liquid from -30°C to +120°C (depending on the version).
• Maximum working pressure: 16 bar – ensures safe operation in high-pressure installations.
• Connection material: Stainless steel – guarantees durability and corrosion resistance.

The pump also has thermal motor protection and is designed for continuous operation. The mounting length is 204 mm and the pump height is 128 mm, which facilitates integration with existing installations. The high Minimum Efficiency Index (MEI) of 0.7 confirms the energy efficiency of the device.
