Performance and operating parameters

Wilo-Helix V 420-1/25/E/KS/400-50 offers a maximum capacity of 6.5 m³/h and a maximum head of 159.1 m. The motor with a power of 3 kW is powered by a voltage of 230-400 V at a frequency of 50 Hz. The pump is designed to operate in an ambient temperature from -15°C to +50°C and to pump liquids with a temperature from -30°C to +120°C (depending on the EPDM version). The maximum operating pressure is 25 bar. Made of high-quality materials – stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304L) for the pump body and stainless steel 1.4307 (AISI 304L) for impellers and diffusers – ensures corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. The degree of protection IP55 guarantees safe use in various environmental conditions. The energy efficiency class of the motor is IE3, which translates into lower operating costs.
