This Wilo-Helix V multistage, vertical centrifugal pump is a robust solution for water supply and pressure boosting in installations. Made of high-quality stainless steel, it ensures reliable operation and long service life even in harsh conditions. The pump is particularly well suited for use with clean water, but thanks to the materials used, it can also be used with liquids containing small amounts of suspended solids.

Design and application

Wilo-Helix V 611-1/16/E/KS/400-50 is characterized by a compact design and ease of installation. It is designed for use in water supply systems, irrigation, and in industry – wherever water pressure boosting is required. Thanks to its high energy efficiency (IE3 class) and minimum efficiency index (MEI) of 0.7, the pump allows for reduced operating costs. Durable materials – stainless steel 304 (1.4301) for the pump body and 304 (1.4307) for the impeller – guarantee corrosion resistance and long-term performance.

Performance and operating parameters

The pump offers a maximum capacity of up to 10 m³/h and a maximum head of up to 95.43 meters. It operates at a supply voltage of 230-400 V and a frequency of 50 Hz, drawing a rated current of 4.3 A. The motor output power is 2.2 kW, which provides sufficient force for efficient water pumping. The maximum operating pressure is 16 bar, and the operating temperature range is from -15°C to +50°C for the environment and from -30°C to +120°C for the pumped liquid – making it a universal solution for various applications. Inlet and outlet connections with a diameter of 1 1/4 inch (32 mm) with internal BSPP-G thread (ISO 228-1) facilitate integration with existing hydraulic installations. The IP55 protection class provides protection against dust and water jets, allowing the pump to be installed in various industrial and commercial environments.
