Design and application

The Wilo-Helix V pump is characterized by a multistage design, which translates to high efficiency and effective water lifting to significant heights – up to 105.4 meters. The use of corrosion-resistant materials, such as stainless steel 304 (1.4301) in the pump housing and 304 (1.4307) in the impeller, guarantees a long service life. Flanged connections DN32 on both sides (inlet and outlet) facilitate integration with existing installations. The pump is designed to operate with liquids at temperatures from -30°C to +120°C, making it versatile in various applications.

Performance and operating parameters

Wilo-Helix V 612 offers a maximum performance of 10 m³/h with a motor power of 3 kW and a supply voltage of 230-400 V (50 Hz). The rated current is 5.5 A. The IP55 protection class provides resistance to dust and water jets, allowing the pump to be installed even in less protected environments.
