The Wilo-Actun INITIAL 3.04-17-230/50 B/P 1.7 submersible pump is a reliable solution for drawing water from wells, both in domestic applications and in irrigation systems. Its compact design with a diameter of 3” (76 mm) allows installation in narrow boreholes where standard 4” pumps may not fit into the casing pipe. This is an ideal choice when modernizing older wells or building new intakes with a limited diameter.

This pump is designed for continuous operation and is adapted to pump water with an increased sand content – up to 150 g/m³. This makes it suitable even in difficult conditions where other pumps might fail. In addition, it has a PZH certificate, which confirms its suitability for pumping drinking water. The oil-filled motor ensures quiet operation and extends the life of the device. The maximum immersion depth is 150 meters, allowing the use of deep water intakes.
