Concentric Expander DN160 to DN200

Made of polypropylene, designed for use in flue gas systems with gas or oil boilers. Operates safely at temperatures up to 120°C — sufficiently high to withstand typical operating conditions in convection and low-pressure flue gas installations.

This component connects a DN160 pipeline to a larger DN200 duct. It does not alter the flow direction, introduce bends or offsets — it simply increases the diameter. This makes it ideal for upgrading existing installations where a new duct must be matched to an older diameter without replacing the entire system.

Installation is straightforward: insert the smaller end into the DN160 pipeline and the larger end into the DN200 pipeline. The connection is sealed thanks to standard gaskets and the "push-fit" coupling technology. No additional adhesive or special tools are required — manual pressing and fit verification are sufficient.

Important note: this is not a reducer. It is precisely the opposite — an expander. If you already have a DN200 to DN160 reducer (part number 2651370), then this component (2651371) is its natural counterpart. In practice, this means you can build systems in both directions — both reducing and increasing the diameter — without needing other materials.

All components in this series — from pipes to expanders and reducers — are made from the same polypropylene. This ensures thermal and chemical consistency throughout the entire system. There is no risk of reactions between different materials and no weak points.

No additional gaskets or silicones are required — if installed correctly, the system is sealed from the very beginning.
