DN200 200mm polypropylene pipe 2651376
Polypropylene flue gas pipe
The DN200 (200 mm) pipe is made of polypropylene – a material resistant to high temperatures and aggressive flue gases. It is intended for flue gas exhaust systems from boilers and furnaces, where resistance to temperatures up to 120°C is required. The element length is 2000 mm, facilitating installation in standard system configurations.
No special tools are required for installation – connection is made using standard components compatible with the Wolf system. The material does not corrode, does not react with acids present in flue gases, and maintains dimensional stability even under prolonged heat exposure.
Important: This is not a general-purpose pipe. It is a component of a flue gas exhaust system – installation only within approved systems, in accordance with the boiler manufacturer's instructions and standard PN-EN 14471.
Applications:
- flue gas exhaust systems for gas and oil boilers
- installations with mechanical ventilation
- modernization of old chimneys where a lightweight, resistant pipe is needed
Thermal insulation is not required – polypropylene itself provides adequate thermal insulation at temperatures up to 120°C. For longer sections or outdoor installations, check the boiler manufacturer's recommendations for exposed systems.
