This radio frequency key transmitter RNK-24 is an element of the Exta Life system, designed for wireless control of various devices in your home. It allows convenient switching on/off of lighting, light intensity adjustment, control of blinds and other receivers compatible with the system. Additionally, the built-in temperature sensor allows monitoring of room conditions and using this data to automate heating.

Functionality and application

The RNK-24 transmitter is not only a remote control – it is a versatile tool for remote control of the electrical installation. Thanks to two-way communication, it ensures that the signal has reached the receiver. Four independent channels allow assigning different functions to each button, and the ability to program scenarios increases user comfort. Thanks to this, you can start several devices with one button, e.g. dim the lights and lower the blinds before a movie session.

Powered by a CR2032 battery (not included), the transmitter is easy to install and does not require complicated installation. It can be placed on any surface (excluding metal) in a convenient location. Optical signaling with an LED indicates signal transmission and low battery level.

• Temperature sensor: Built-in sensor measures temperature in the range of -40°C to +125°C with an accuracy of 1°C (typical value). Measurement is taken every 15 minutes, and the data is sent to the EFC-01 controller or other compatible devices.
• Communication: Two-way radio transmission in the ISM 868 MHz band with a coding algorithm based on a 128-bit key – guarantees security and reliability of the connection.
• Power supply: CR2032 battery – ensures long-lasting operation of the device (up to 2-3 years).
• Number of channels: Four independent channels – allow control of multiple devices or scenarios.
• Protection class: IP20 – protection against touching with a finger and solid bodies larger than 12.5 mm.
• Compliance with standards: PN-ETSI EN 300 220-1 and PN-ETSI EN 300 220-2 – confirms compliance with European safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards.
