Temperature controller – precise control of thermal comfort

This temperature controller, model RTM-30, is a universal device designed to control heating and cooling systems. It allows maintaining a set temperature in rooms or technological processes, offering both economical operation and full user comfort. Functionality and application

The RTM-30 controller offers a wide range of adjustment possibilities. It can operate in a mode of maintaining temperature depending on the reference temperature (e.g., external), temperature difference, or as a classic room controller. Thanks to two relay outputs (2NO/NC) with a load capacity of 16A, it can control various receivers, such as electric heaters, mixing valves, or circulation pumps. Replacing one of the sensors with a standard resistor enables operation in a mode of constant temperature regulation, and connecting a potentiometer transforms the controller into a classic model with adjustable hysteresis. This versatile device will work in central heating installations, cooling systems, domestic hot water circulation systems, and everywhere where precise temperature control is required.

Construction features and operating parameters

The RTM-30 controller has been designed with easy installation and operation in mind. Mounting is done on a standard TH35 rail, and the two-module housing provides compact dimensions (90x35x66 mm). It is equipped with a clear LCD display and an intuitive keyboard for setting parameters. The device operates in a power supply voltage range of 85-265V AC (50/60Hz) and is protected against electromagnetic interference in accordance with PN-EN 61000-4-2,3,4,5,6,11 standards. The temperature setting range is from 5 to 95°C with a hysteresis of +/- 0.5°C. The temperature sensor wires can be extended up to 30m (cross-section 0.2÷2.5 mm²), which increases installation flexibility. The IP20 protection class of the housing provides basic protection against touch and ingress of solid objects.
