The ComfoPipe Plus 200 mm diameter, 45° elbow is an element of a ventilation duct system designed for building efficient and energy-saving installations. Made of high-quality polypropylene (PP) with expanded polypropylene (EPP) insulation, it provides minimal heat loss and acoustic comfort. Design and Properties

The elbow is characterized by precise workmanship and a molded design, which guarantees the tightness of connections. The wall thickness of the duct is 43 mm, and the insulation is also 43 mm, which translates into very good thermal insulation parameters (λ = 0.035 W/mK). This reduces condensation of water vapor inside the duct and energy losses. The value of the heat transfer coefficient is 0.68 W/m2K. The use of EPP material ensures the lightness of the elements, facilitating transport and installation.

The elbow has a factory-installed seal, eliminating the need for additional sealing of connections. The bending radius is 1.6D, and the air tightness class according to EN 1751 standard is D – which means high quality workmanship and minimal air permeability. The elbow is supplied in a raw state, allowing it to be matched to the interior color scheme. The length of the insert is 60 mm, and the working length of the connections is 130 mm.
