Ventilation duct system for comfort and efficiency

ComfoPipe Plus duct is an element of a mechanical ventilation system, designed to provide optimal comfort and energy efficiency in every building. Made of high-quality plastic – polypropylene (PP) – and insulated with expanded polypropylene foam (EPP), it is a key component in ventilation installations in both residential and commercial buildings. This round duct with a diameter of 200 mm and a length of 1000 mm is designed for transporting air in heat recovery systems, ensuring its effective distribution throughout the house.

Construction and insulation properties

The use of 43 mm thick EPP foam provides excellent thermal insulation properties (λ = 0.035 W/mK), minimizing heat loss during air transport. This contributes to lowering the heating and cooling costs of the building. EPP material is lightweight, vapor-tight and characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage. The duct also has a smooth inner surface, which promotes free air flow and reduces aerodynamic resistance.

Easy installation and connection tightness

The ComfoPipe Plus system is distinguished by its simplicity of installation. Lightweight elements are self-supporting, which facilitates their installation and reduces the time required for work. Precisely matched plug-in connections guarantee the durability and tightness of the installation, eliminating the need for additional sealants or adhesives. This makes the installation quick, clean and does not generate additional costs. The duct meets the requirements of DIN 1946-6 standard, confirming its high quality and compliance with applicable standards. It provides a leakage class up to class D.
