The CW-S 625 muffler is a key element of ventilation installations, designed to effectively dampen noise in rectangular ducts. Made of Sendzimir galvanized steel, the muffler ensures durability and corrosion resistance, guaranteeing long-term use even in demanding conditions. Its dimensions – 500 mm length, 625 mm width, and 230 mm height – make it compatible with most standard ventilation ducts.

Efficiency and application flexibility

The CW-S 625 muffler provides effective noise reduction over a wide frequency range. The attenuation parameters are: 3 dB at 63 Hz, 8.9 dB at 125 Hz, 13.7 dB at 250 Hz, 18.7 dB at 500 Hz, 12 dB at 1000 Hz, 18.6 dB at 2000 Hz, 14.6 dB at 4000 Hz, and 12.9 dB at 8000 Hz. This improves the acoustic comfort in rooms. The possibility of using it individually or in combination with other ComfoWell system components provides design flexibility and adaptation to individual needs. Additionally, an inspection opening with a cover facilitates checking the condition of the muffler and its cleaning.

Installation and compatibility

The muffler is easy and intuitive to install, and the possibility of wall or ceiling mounting thanks to adjustable mounting brackets increases the range of applications. A tight connection with the remaining ComfoWell system components is guaranteed by the flange with a clamping strip. It should be noted that the product does not require factory sealing and is not intended for mounting in concrete. The maximum medium temperature (continuous) is 80°C, allowing its use in standard ventilation systems.
